Winners of Grampian Food Forum Innovation Awards (Retail) 2009
WOW!!! Our products have now been bestowed with 2 awards at the Grampian Food Forum Innovation Awards 2009.
We entered the competition because we produce high quality prestigious bakery products that are innovative in both look and flavour. Luckily the judges agreed with our customers and awarded us the GOLD MEDAL for "A New Innovative Retail Product Launched in 2008 for businesses up to 25 employees". We are delighted to be in the same category as The Store (Silver Medal), and Ola Oils (Bronze Medal).
Further more we were also awarded the Anderson's Packaging Award for the product with the best packaging - a see-through bread bag that is compostable. Our company uses recycled card, labels and string because our new company was formulated as a Carbon-footprint aware business whose ethos embraces low food miles, local and seasonal ingredients, and minimal waste.
We were excited and honoured to receive our awards at the Grampian Food Forum Innovation Awards Dinner at the Marcliffe Hotel last night.
We would like to thank all our suppliers, supporters, customers and family, whose belief in our products has energised our business.
